Complete Building Services, the leading division of The Donohoe Companies, is seeking a tenured Project Manager for a mission-critical facility contract in the Northern Virginia region. You will interface with the customer, supervise maintenance operations, staffing, subcontractors, safety, and quality control, while coordinating with the IDIQ manager and production control.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of facilities engineering/operations & maintenance at a mission-critical facility.
• Management experience supervising a technical team in a mission-critical operation.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with field experience in critical power and cooling systems.

Responsabilités

• Direct maintenance operations across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, building automation and energy management systems.
• Lead routine facility inspections and ensure contract requirements are met daily.
• Oversee work orders and keep the client informed; build relationships with client facility managers.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors; ensure contract compliance and quality inspections.
• Control annual budget, client invoicing and subcontractor payments; ensure on-time project delivery.
