Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee operations in a high-security, mission-critical environment. You will lead maintenance, building systems, and security while coordinating with engineers, vendors, customers, and government stakeholders to meet mission requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in facilities management within national-security settings and experience managing construction, budgets, schedules, and SOWs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of facilities management experience in national-security environments.
• Experience managing mission-critical facilities and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and closeout.
• Experience managing construction or facility modifications in specialized environments (SCIFs, data centers, laboratories, manufacturing).
• Ability to develop and evaluate technical requirements, project scopes, SOWs, cost estimates, and related documentation.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
• Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, security).
• Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, building systems, utilities, life-safety, security, and facility services.
• Supervise facilities personnel and contractors, set expectations, and maintain accountability for performance.
• Serve as primary site-level interface among facilities, engineering, security, program management, customers, contractors, and government stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, emergency response, and facility transitions to minimize disruption to mission operations.
• Lead construction, renovation, infrastructure, and facility-improvement projects from requirements through completion (scope, schedules, budgets, risks, designs, deliverables).
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams; provide technical oversight to ensure quality and schedules.
• Support development of SOWs, cost estimates, acquisition packages, project documentation, and contract requirements; manage contractor performance.
• Provide leadership with project and facility status, budget information, risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations for CONUS/OCONUS facilities.
