Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 16 years of professional experience or advanced degrees.
• Active U.S. Government Top-Secret clearance with SCI access.
• Experience in design and manufacturing in a technology environment.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with proposal development and contract negotiation.
• Facilitation skills leading workshops and VSM sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gap analyses and maturity assessments for Mission Assurance Program execution.
• Actively support proposals to ensure interpretation of regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Evaluate the organization’s ability to meet customer requirements.
• Support negotiations of terms and conditions with respect to regulatory flow downs.
• Cross-functionally mentor and train personnel on Mission Assurance approaches for various program/contract types.
• Serve as a non-advocate in the resolution of complex requirements interpretation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, standards, and industry best practices; disseminates insights internally.
• Potential to serve on industry boards.
