Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Analyst to support MRT-C mapping for the DISA Joint Operations Center at Ft Meade, MD. You will decompose tasks for critical assets and support DISA POR MRT-C programs under J35 and government leads.

You will coordinate with DISA directorates and partner components, maintain SOPs and documentation, and produce briefings and after-action reports, while delivering actionable insights through KPI tracking and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience working with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of related experience or Master’s with 6–10 years of related experience; 4+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Understand DoD Mission Assurance and its applicability to the DISA Mission.
• Map MRT-C through task decomposition of Task Critical Assets and assets in the POR for MRT‑C.
• Coordinate with DISA directorates, JFHQs, subordinate headquarters, service cyber components, CCMDs and agencies on MRT-C mapping.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, TTPs, and DISA instructions governing MRT-C processes.
• Produce briefings and after-action/ trip reports as needed, and track performance metrics and KPIs.
