Job summary

KBR is seeking an All Source Tech Intel Analyst to deliver authoritative intelligence analysis on missile systems, RF and laser-guided weapons, and fire-control systems. You will integrate intelligence with engineering data to characterize threat capabilities and inform survivability and defense programs.

The role requires extensive experience in all-source intelligence, engineering collaboration, and the ability to lead technical exchanges with DoD, IC, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Aero, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems) or Intelligence Studies.
• 15+ years in scientific/technical intelligence or missile/weapon systems analysis.
• Experience integrating all-source intelligence with engineering data and test results.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic efforts and mentor analysts/engineers.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior all-source technical intelligence analyst for foreign missile systems.
• Research and interpret intelligence on design, guidance, propulsion, warheads, data links, and fire-control systems.
• Plan and lead foreign materiel exploitation activities including flight trials and testing.
• Author intelligence products meeting analytic standards and sourcing requirements.
• Develop and deliver high-level briefings to DoD, IC, and operational stakeholders.
• Provide threat intelligence support to survivability and defensive programs.
• Develop and maintain missile knowledge bases and structured data.
• Identify intelligence gaps and coordinate with engineers and partners to resolve questions.
• Lead technical exchanges with government, industry, and international partners.
• Provide technical leadership and quality control for analytic products.
