KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior All-Source Technical Intelligence Analyst to deliver authoritative analysis of missile systems, focusing on RF and laser-guided weapons, guidance and control, and warhead performance.

You will integrate intelligence with engineering data, support modeling, and produce tailored intelligence products for DoD and IC customers. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 15+ years of relevant experience, and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while mentoring engineers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Intelligence Studies, or a related technical discipline.
  • 15 or more years of experience in scientific and technical intelligence, all-source intelligence analysis, missile or weapon system engineering, foreign materiel exploitation, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign missile or weapon systems and assessing system capabilities, performance, limitations, vulnerabilities, and operational implications.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate all-source intelligence with engineering data, exploitation results, test data, and modeling and simulation outputs.
  • Experience authoring and coordinating foundational or tailored intelligence products that meet analytic tradecraft, sourcing requirements, objectivity, and customer relevance standards.
  • Experience providing technical intelligence support to Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, acquisition, test and evaluation, survivability, or operational customers.
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical briefings to senior government, technical, and operational audiences.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary analytic efforts, collaborate across organizations, and mentor analysts or engineers.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to satisfy the position's counterintelligence polygraph requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior all-source technical intelligence analyst and subject matter expert for foreign missile systems and associated threat technologies.
  • Research, evaluate, integrate, and interpret intelligence from multiple sources to assess weapon system design, guidance, control, propulsion, warheads, radio-frequency data links, fire-control systems, performance, vulnerabilities, and countermeasure susceptibility.
  • Plan, lead, and assess foreign materiel exploitation activities, including system characterization, flight trials, telemetry collection and analysis, countermeasure testing, warhead testing, model development, and technical reporting.
  • Author and coordinate authoritative foundational and tailored scientific and technical intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standards, sourcing requirements, objectivity, and customer relevance.
  • Develop and deliver high-level technical briefings and threat assessments to Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, acquisition, survivability, test, modeling, and operational stakeholders.
  • Provide direct threat intelligence support to vehicle survivability and defensive system development programs, ensuring critical threat characteristics and performance are accurately represented.
  • Develop, validate, and maintain structured technical data and knowledge-base entries for foreign missile systems and related subsystems.
  • Identify intelligence gaps, develop collection and exploitation requirements, and collaborate with engineers, analysts, collectors, modelers, testers, program managers, and allied partners to resolve priority questions.
  • Lead technical exchanges, working groups, and communities of interest involving U.S. government, military, defense industry, and international partners.
  • Provide technical leadership, peer review, mentoring, and quality control for analytic products and multidisciplinary intelligence efforts.
