Job summary

Mobius seeks a Missile Defense System Senior Systems Engineer to support the MDA/CAC office, developing future Missile Defense architectures addressing ballistic and hypersonic threats. The role is full-time, onsite at Fort Belvoir, VA, in a TS/SCI facility, interfacing with government agencies and stakeholders to assess architecture alternatives.

Qualifications

12+ years working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD/DoW or IC programs/projects.
Knowledge of Missile Defense Systems (MDS) components, architectures, and concepts, with demonstrated understanding through analysis activities.

Responsibilities

Work internally with MDA’s Chief Architect and other MDA offices, and interface and collaborate with other government agencies
Work and collaborate in cross-functional teams with the technical customers, senior technical staff, and senior leaders
Work 100% onsite in a customer-facing TS/SCI facility.
Develop concepts, analysis plans, and top-level requirements for Missile Defense System (MDS) architecture alternatives.
Produce and present technical and executive-level briefings, whitepapers, and reports to communicate concepts and value assessments to stakeholders.
Review technical concept documents for consistency with approved baselines and system architectures and contribute to the development of program plans and strategies.
