Torch Technologies is seeking a Missile Defense System Mission Engineer/Analyst to join a team supporting missile defense analysis, experimentation, and test & evaluation. The role emphasizes end-to-end kill-chain analysis and cross-disciplinary collaboration, located onsite at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. Required are U.S.

citizenship, a B.S. in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• A B.S. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in professional settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience using MATLAB.

Responsabilités

• Perform engineering and mission-level analysis of missile defense capabilities and system performance.
• Support end-to-end kill-chain analysis across sensors, tracking, C2, communications, fire control, and weapon systems.
• Evaluate problems from sensor, C2BMC, and fires perspectives to understand impacts across the MDS.
• Analyze simulation, test, and system data to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and evaluate approaches to improve kill-chain performance, resilience, and mission effectiveness.
• Support modeling, simulation, experimentation, and test activities for current and future capabilities.
• Collaborate across technical disciplines to solve complex system problems.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to Government customers and engineering stakeholders.
