Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in missile or high-speed airframe aerodynamics.
• Deep fluency in tactical-missile aero methods from first principles.
• Hands-on experience with CFD tools across various flight regimes.
• Experience in wind-tunnel campaign planning and execution.
• Proficient in Python scripting for aerospace applications.

Responsibilities

• Own aerodynamic model and vehicle outer mold line.
• Extend empirical pipeline and plan wind-tunnel campaigns.
• Work the 6-DOF plant model end-to-end including dynamics and propulsion.
• Stand up the CFD pipeline, tool selection, and validation discipline.
• Calibrate against DATCOM and plan wind-tunnel tests.
