WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Mining Construction Manager to oversee infrastructure projects across various locations in the United States, especially in regions near major mining operations. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience in large-scale construction, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and hands-on knowledge of both open pit and underground mining projects.
The role includes leading construction efforts, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while fostering effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the projects.
WSP offers a broad range of benefits, including medical and retirement plans, and an expected salary range of $130,000 - $200,000, subject to adjustment based on qualifications.
Full‑time, onsite position that may be based anywhere in the United States with preference for Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, or near major mining projects. Travel per diem is available for those not local to the projects.
This Senior Construction Manager will deliver safe, efficient, and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and earthworks scopes for projects that may involve open pit and/or underground environments. The role is responsible for ensuring field execution is aligned with WSP’s engineering, procurement, and project controls staff while meeting all regulatory and stakeholder requirements to deliver successful outcomes for the client.

Expected Salary (all locations): $130,000 - $200,000. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and to offer additional benefits and other compensation.
