WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Mining Construction Manager to oversee mining construction projects across various locations, primarily in Colorado. The role includes managing contractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating between engineering and project teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy civil construction within active mining environments, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety practices.

This full-time onsite position can be based anywhere in the United States with preference in Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Alaska, or near major mining projects. Travel per diem is available for those not local to the projects.
The full-time Construction Manager will deliver safe, efficient, and coordinated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and earthworks scopes for projects that may involve open pit and/or underground environments. This role is responsible for ensuring field execution is aligned with our engineering, procurement, and project controls staff while meeting all regulatory and stakeholder requirements to deliver successful outcomes for the client.

Expected Salary (all locations): $108,000 - $150,000. WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
