Immersive Technologies is seeking a Senior Advisor to join our Advisory team, partnering with leading mining organizations to enhance safety, workforce capability, and operational performance through data-driven insights and advisory expertise.

The Senior Advisor will identify performance opportunities, develop strategic roadmaps, and lead engagements that deliver measurable value across senior mining accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mining, operational excellence, management consulting, or related field.
• Experience working with senior executives and complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior mining executives and operational leaders.
• Identify customer challenges and translate them into strategic improvement opportunities and business cases.
• Lead consulting engagements from opportunity identification through delivery and value realization.
• Develop account growth strategies and support the expansion of advisory services within strategic customer accounts.
• Facilitate executive discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
• Deliver practical, data-driven recommendations that improve operational and workforce performance.
• Support customers in achieving measurable improvements in safety, productivity, capability development, and operational effectiveness.
