Job summary

Merric Millwork and Seating in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to organize, manage, and plan projects across our rapidly growing portfolio. You will coordinate with senior managers, sales, estimating, and engineering to ensure customer expectations align with company policies and goals.

You will own the full project lifecycle, oversee a team of Project Managers, and drive on-time delivery to specifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in project management in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in custom architectural millwork, preferred.
• PMP certification or willing to complete within 3 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Full project life cycle ownership; successful delivery from initiation to deployment.
• Oversee a team of Project Managers to ensure on-time completion and to specifications.
• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
• Manage project scope and changes.
• Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand capabilities.
• Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
• Develop and manage all aspects of project engagement including planning, vendor relationships, budgets, risks, and issues.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues and critical path deliverables.
• Deliver executive-level communication.
