Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Military Analyst III to manage training resources including personnel, equipment, and facilities while ensuring training objectives are met for the Mission Training Complex. The role requires coordinating with military customers, government staff, and contract personnel to ensure successful program execution.

The candidate will lead planning for exercises, supervise up to 30 contractor staff, and develop simulation-based training tools.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with military operations and training support.

Responsibilities

• Plan Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the execution of all MTC exercises for brigade and below units.
• Coordinate between training unit, Mission Training Complex contractor and government staff.
• Supervise planning, preparation, execution and recovery of complex multi-echelon events.
• As event support lead, supervise contractor staff up to 30 personnel to deliver training support.
• Develop and present briefings on simulation models and exercise issues.
• Perform exercise control (EXCON) operations and provide OPFOR support as required.
