Job summary

Hatalom Corporation is seeking a Collective Trainer to operate, integrate, and train on advanced simulation systems such as Warfighter's Simulation (WARSIM) and UAS simulations for training in Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Gaming environments. You will deliver both classroom instruction and over-the-shoulder support to enhance unit readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in training and simulation.
• Knowledge of military simulation models and training delivery.
• IAT I or DCWF equivalent (security clearance requirement).
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate and integrate WARSIM, UAS simulations and gaming systems for training.
• Deliver classroom instruction and hands-on support in LVCG environments.
• Update training packages with current materials and data.
• Set up, configure, operate, and troubleshoot simulation systems.
• Collaborate with Exercise Planning Teams to build simulation databases.
• Provide technical expertise on simulation employment for command/control.
• Support planning, execution and recovery of exercise training activities.
• Maintain records of training progress and update documentation.
