Sigma Defense is seeking a Military Planner/Liaison III for our team at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The role requires extensive military planning experience and active clearance eligibility. You will coordinate field training exercises and liaise with U.S. military and government officials to ensure mission success.

The position emphasizes operational tempo, professional communication, and proficiency with MS Office. Active security clearance may be sponsored for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience supporting military testing and training events.
• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain/hold active Secret clearance.
• Knowledge of Army planning and staff processes; joint and combined planning processes; OPFOR’s role in training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, development, and execution of contractor supported field training exercises (FTX) conducted at US Army Ranges CONUS and OCONUS.
• Process and relay information for real time and projected scenarios which will help build the foundation for exercise information, products, and execution.
• Participate and contribute in exercise progress reviews, planning conferences, and staff briefs.
• Interface with members of the U.S. military and government officials in a professional and competent manner.
