Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting Military operations, operational planning, or staff operations within the U.S. Army or Joint organization.
• 3+ years leading or facilitating the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and mission planning at Division level or higher.
• 3+ years developing, coordinating, and executing CONOPS, OPORDs, FRAGORDs, EXORDs from planning through execution.
• Experience synchronizing cross-functional stakeholders and driving planning from concept to mission execution.
• Experience supporting operational planning, battle rhythm management, staff integration, and command-level decision support.
• Experience briefing senior leaders and facilitating planning discussions across teams.
• Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.
