Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to oversee staff support operations for the US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) in Fort Eustis, VA. In this role, you'll manage a team, ensure compliance with Army regulations, and coordinate healthcare programs affecting Soldier readiness. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience. Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Three (3+) years of experience in healthcare delivery or military operations
• Experience at a Military Medical Treatment Facility (MTF)
• Ability to work effectively alone or as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Manage staff support operations for US Army TRADOC.
• Coordinate budget formulation and healthcare information management.
• Prepare briefs for the Command Surgeon on health services.
