Job summary

UIC Arctic Response Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Operations Specialist for the US Army TRADOC Surgeon’s Office in Fort Eustis, VA. The role involves providing program management, data analysis, and coordination of medical operational requirements. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in medical operations and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably with a Master’s degree. Must maintain a security clearance at the Secret level and U.S. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Three (3+) years of experience working in an active component division staff or higher organization.
• Experience with medical operations and Soldier Readiness.
• Experience at a Military Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), including medical planning and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Army/DoD regulations pertaining to medical operations.
• Oversee and provide guidance on Clinical Operations for the Markets.
• Analyze data and develop solutions that support TRADOC.
