Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Large Project & MILCON Liaison to provide senior oversight of major facility projects and MILCON efforts, ensuring alignment with NASIC mission requirements. You will serve as a key liaison among project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders, while monitoring cost, schedule, and performance and preparing status reports.

Location: Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH; on-site with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years of experience in program or project management of facilities or large capital projects.
Master's degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and execution of large facility and MILCON projects supporting NASIC.
Serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance; prepare status reports and briefings.
Coordinate resolution of project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestone charts.
Lead coordination with Government stakeholders for project approvals and reporting.
