Job summary

Apogee Engineering, LLC seeks a Program Manager for Large Project & MILCON Liaison to provide senior-level oversight of major facility projects and MILCON efforts for NASIC mission alignment. The role serves as a key liaison among project stakeholders, government partners, planning teams, and management to ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and performance excellence.

On-site at Wright Patterson AFB Dayton, OH.

Qualifications

Minimum ten (10) years of experience in program or project management of facilities or large capital projects.
Master's degree in engineering, project management, or related field
Extensive experience managing large facility or MILCON projects in DoD or similar environments.
Citizenship: US citizen
Clearance: TS/SCI
Certifications: PMI certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent PMI program/project management credential)

Responsibilities

Oversee planning and execution of large facility and MILCON projects.
Serve as liaison between project management, planning teams, line management, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance; prepare status reports and briefings.
Coordinate resolution of project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Support development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestone charts.
Lead coordination with Government stakeholders for project approvals and reporting.
