Responsibilities

• Perform advanced welding techniques, including multi-process and vertical/overhead positions.
• Lead fabrication projects and coordinate workflow among welders.
• Conduct precision inspections to ensure strict tolerances.
• Mentor and train junior welders for skill development and safety.
• Document weld quality, production metrics, and support continuous improvement.
• Serve as SME for welding standards and certifications.
• All other duties as assigned.
