Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Freeman, MO is seeking a SENIOR MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team. You will produce high quality welds, determine welding methods, and ensure parts meet customer specs.

This full-time, in-person role offers an air-conditioned shop, quarterly pay increases, ESOP, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 3+ years MIG welding/fabrication experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabricator experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds
• Can weld mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specifications when not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit for QA inspection.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production quantities.
• Organize work to meet complexity and completion times; perform other duties as required.
