Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Welder to produce highly engineered components from drawings and specifications. You will weld, assemble, and hitch using overhead cranes, reporting to the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager.

Your day involves following standard work, laying out parts, fabricating metal components, and ensuring safety and quality while coordinating with team members. Expect 6:00 AM–4:30 PM shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified welder credential required.
• 3-5+ years in custom build shop.
• 2 years MIG experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow standard work, BOMs, blueprints, routings, specifications to build and assemble parts and equipment accurately.
• Obtain necessary tools and equipment for welding operations.
• Handle material and equipment manually or with jib crane and perform hitching as required.
• Layout, cut and fit parts to weld in place.
• Fabricate new metal components per product data sheets and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and workstation; ensure clean, safe environment.
• Coordinate workflow with team and third-party agents.
• Execute welds professionally; inspect pieces and measure for conformance.
• Maintain high quality standards per QA and engineering specs.
• Work independently or with a small team on large projects.
• Manage workflow, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot daily.
