Hire Sync in Berea, OH is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder Fabricator. You will weld stainless steel and specialty metals, read blueprints, and fabricate to tight tolerances on non-repetitive projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of MIG/TIG experience, strong blueprint skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work independently. Certifications (GMAW/FCAW/GTAW) are a plus; OT is available and a shift differential may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and ability to follow weld symbols.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active through shifts.
• Welding certifications (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and specialty metals.
• Read and work from blueprints and weld symbols.
• Complete fit-ups and fabrication to spec.
• Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools.
• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with ASME/AWS.
