Qualifications

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding on mild steel and aluminum.
• Professional welding or fabrication experience required.
• Ability to produce clean, controlled welds and meet specifications.
• Strong reading of measurements and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with common metal fabrication tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift, position, and handle fabrication materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding as required for daily production.
• Weld and fabricate components according to drawings, measurements, and specifications.
• Produce clean, consistent, and structurally sound welds.
• Fit, position, and assemble components prior to welding.
• Measure and verify parts using common measuring tools.
• Grind, clean, prep, and finish welded components when necessary.
• Inspect completed work for accuracy, appearance, and quality.
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work with other members of the manufacturing team to complete projects efficiently.
• Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
