Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or IT.
• 10+ years in middleware, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale implementation and migration projects.
• Hands-on expertise with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, IBM MQ, Artemis MQ, and Mule ESB.
• Experience in 24/7 production environments with SLA accountability.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, high-availability architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead Middleware & Cloud Implementations: end-to-end delivery of middleware and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Enable Application Modernization: re-platforming legacy apps and migrating workloads to AWS.
• Design Scalable & Resilient Solutions: highly available, secure, performant architectures with DR.
• Deploy Middleware & Messaging Platforms: implement WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, IBM MQ, Artemis MQ, Mule ESB.
• Implement Automation & Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, JSON, YAML, scripting.
• Integrate Hybrid Environments: connect on-premises infra with AWS.
• Ensure Monitoring & Performance Optimization: monitoring tools to meet SLA.
• Embed Security & Compliance: identity management and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: work with stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Support DevOps & Release Enablement: CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
