Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst in Wealth Management to execute complex transactions and drive process improvements. Based in Cleveland, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, you will partner across service teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of activities.

You will contribute to training, onboarding, and risk mitigation while supporting various products and services in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute routine and complex transactions and processes of varying risk and value per policies and procedures
  • Identify and address exceptions and escalate when needed
  • Partner with internal service partners to route calls, documents or actions to complete transactions
  • Interact with internal/external customers to complete transactions
  • Review and ensure documentation and materials are complete and compliant
  • Possibly participate in risk mitigation activities and process improvement initiatives
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new hires
  • Support reviews of transactions to verify accuracy and conformance to SLAs and policies

As an Operations Analyst Senior within PNC Wealth Management, you will be based in Cleveland, OH at the 1900 E. 9th Street location or in Pittsburgh, PA at the Tower at PNC Plaza. Job Description

Executes routine and complex transactions/processes of varying risk and financial value utilizing standard policies and procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. Identifies and addresses exceptions. May serve as a point of escalation for complex transactions. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions. May interact with external customers to complete transactions. Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable. Provides consultation and advice to internal and external customers. May review existing processes and recommend improvements and may assist with implementation. Participates in and may serve as a subject matter resource for process improvement projects. May assist in training and onboarding of new hires. May review transactions and related documents to verify completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and compliance with applicable policies and procedures. May participate in risk mitigation activities.
