Job summary

Insperity seeks a Middle Market Payroll Specialist to advise clients with timely, accurate payroll solutions and dependable service, helping to grow the client base. You will troubleshoot, educate clients, and partner with stakeholders to deliver value in our payroll offerings.

Responsibilities include onboarding clients across multiple states, ensuring compliance with payroll laws, analyzing data, and supporting service delivery.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years of payroll administration experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards and maintains client payroll accounts across multiple states.
• Ensures accuracy in payroll processing and reporting.
• Maintains compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Resolves client questions and ensures satisfaction.
• Mentor and support Field Payroll Operations staff.
• Participates in client meetings and trainings.
• Provides back-up to supervisor and other payroll functions.
