Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking highly qualified midlevel or senior associates with 3+ years of law firm experience to join our structured transactions practice group. The successful applicant must have corporate and/or finance transactions experience, with background in structured finance and securitization preferred.

The position can be located in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC offices. Active membership of the bar in the relevant state is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of law firm experience in corporate and/or finance transactions
• Active bar membership in the state where applying
• Excellent academic credentials
• RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing experience preferred but not required
