Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage Windows servers/workstations in enterprise environments and implement NIST SP 800-53 controls on Microsoft platforms.

The role requires expertise in AD, Group Policy, PowerShell, Intune, Defender suite, and SCCM/MECM, with a focus on hardening, least-privilege, and compliance tooling. Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on Windows server/workstation administration in enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing NIST SP 800-53 security controls on Microsoft platforms.
• Proficiency with AD, Group Policy, PowerShell, SCCM/MECM, Intune, Defender suite.
• Understanding 800-53 control families applied to endpoints/servers (AC, AU, CM, IA, SC, SI).
• Experience with hardening, baseline configuration management, and least-privilege principles.
• Familiarity with compliance tools (Nessus/Tenable or similar).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and compliance checks.

Education
