Dox Electronics Inc. is looking to hire a Senior Level Systems Engineer with experience in designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level systems and software in various customer environments.

Technical Competencies:

• IT knowledge: Advanced understanding of IT workflows
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Experience with and working knowledge of the following technologies/protocols (not limited to):
• Microsoft Windows Server (up to 2022) in an enterprise environment: Installation, Configuration, and Administration
• VMware ESX: Installation, Configuration, and Administration
• Microsoft SQL Server (up to SQL Server 2022)
• Client Operating Systems: Windows 10/11
• Microsoft Office 365 migration and support
• Microsoft Active Directory / Domain Controllers
• Citrix Desktop application and NetScaler
• HPE Servers and SANs
• Networking fundamentals: gateways, VLANs, static routes, IP addressing
• PowerShell scripting
• RAID Levels 1-5, DICOM, HL7, VLAN, switches, firewalls, routers
• Microsoft Office applications
