Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant with a strong background in the banking or financial services domain to join our team on a remote, long-term contract basis.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in designing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations), along with a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for banking and financial clients
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business objectives
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications (CE, CRM, F&O) as per client requirements
• Integrate D365 with external systems and third-party tools
• Drive data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
• Provide ongoing enhancements, optimization, and support
• Mentor junior team members and participate in solution reviews
  
  

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / CE / Finance & Operations)
• Strong understanding of banking processes, workflows, and regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience in customizations, integrations, workflows, plugins, and Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, Power Automate, and Azure services
• Proficient in designing scalable and secure enterprise-level D365 solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect or equivalent certification
• Prior experience working with global banking or financial services clients
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for code and project management
  
  

Duration: Long-term contract (12+ months, extendable)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Mode: 100% Remote
