Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional experience in managed IT services or a related technical support role.
• Three+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and related cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation resource for complex incidents and service requests across NOVO-managed environments.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, implement resolutions, and document results.
