Proven-I is seeking a senior Project Engineer III focused on Microsoft cloud specialization in Tinley Park, IL. You will design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365/Entra environments, manage Intune/Autopilot and hybrid identity, and guide customers through pre-sales assessments and technical execution.

You will own technical workstreams, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and drive automation and standardization across projects while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring quality

Formación

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field, with equivalent experience and certifications acceptable.
• 8+ years IT engineering experience, including 5+ years hands-on Microsoft cloud/endpoint/hybrid projects.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, authentication, and hybrid identity.
• Advanced Intune and Windows endpoint experience including Autopilot, enrollment, policy & compliance management, updates, and device lifecycle.
• Strong automation skills using PowerShell, Graph, Intune scripts, APIs, Git; experience with Azure CLI and Bicep or Terraform.
• Solid Azure skills across compute, networking, storage, identity, monitoring, backup, and recovery; practical Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365 experience.
• Experience with on-premises and hybrid infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, storage, and integration with cloud services.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-sales assessments and architect solutions for existing customers, collaborating with Sales and engineering leaders.
• Own technical workstreams from planning through completion; define prerequisites, estimates, and rollback plans; report risks and status.
• Design, implement, and migrate Microsoft 365 and Entra environments including hybrid migrations and identity governance.
• Design and implement Intune and Windows Autopilot solutions and device lifecycle management.
• Deliver Azure infrastructure components and provide Windows 365/VDI solutions as needed.
• Design, troubleshoot, and support hybrid networks and on-premises infrastructure across multiple platforms.
• Automate deployment and lifecycle tasks using scripting, Git workflows, and platform APIs.
• Maintain documentation and hand off operations to client IT/support teams.
• Establish technical standards and reusable deployment patterns; mentor junior engineers and share lessons learned.
