Job summary

Essnova Solutions, a federal contractor, seeks a Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer to design, implement, secure, and optimize enterprise Microsoft cloud environments for a federal customer. The role requires deep Azure/Microsoft 365 expertise, identity management, and strong security mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, IAM, and MFA.
• Experience administering Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and cloud security principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, IAM, and MFA.
• Configure Defender, Sentinel, Purview, Intune, and Windows Autopilot.
• Support hybrid Active Directory environments and endpoint management.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles and cloud security best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to improve enterprise cloud operations.
• Produce technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, and other federal standards.
