Senior Microsoft Business Central Developer

LOCATION : Anywhere in the continental US. Preference for candidates in Fargo, ND; Minneapolis, MN; Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Salt Lake City, UT; San Ramon, CA; Menlo Park, CA; Pasadena, CA; Fresno, CA; Rancho Cucamonga, CA; Laguna Hills, CA; Irvine, CA.

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Business Central Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building a world-class Microsoft and digital transformation practice. Your expertise in Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, M365, and D365, combined with your business acumen, will drive value for our clients and contribute to their digital success.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Sales and other Sales Engineers to provide estimates and architect solutions that meet clients’ business needs following Microsoft and company best practices
• Consult with clients and Business Central consultants to understand complex business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and work with your team to implement these solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to guide strategic adjustments
• Train internal teams on industry trends, new features, and successful strategies
• Provide expertise in solution architecture, Microsoft licensing, and software capability assessments to support business development
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Lead discovery processes and facilitate groups to achieve actionable outcomes

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, IT, or related field
• Dynamics Business Central Developer or AL expert
• 7+ years working with stakeholders to define business needs and develop technology strategies
• 5+ years deploying, administering, customizing, and supporting Azure, Dynamics 365 / Business Central, and M365 at scale
• Microsoft Certified Solution Architect for Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and/or Azure
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective leadership and collaboration
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote, and dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure PaaS components and Power Platform low/no-code technologies
• Proactive, independent, with problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
• Willing to attain additional Microsoft certifications within six months
• Experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, SQL, or R

Required skills include solution architecture, Dynamics 365 / Business Central, and AL development. Preferred skills include Power Platform architecture, Azure expertise, and Azure DevOps or GitHub CI/CD. Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Compensation

Base salary range: $130,000 - $170,000

Our pay philosophy emphasizes competitiveness and fairness. Final compensation depends on location, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
