Job summary

Internetwork Expert is seeking a Microsoft Administrator II to manage and maintain the agency’s Microsoft-based IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and Office 365 within a secure, scalable environment.

The role involves deployment, configuration, updates, backups, and cross-functional collaboration to support OCIO projects and initiatives, ensuring integration of Microsoft services into the agency’s strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in M365 administration.
• Public trust security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining Microsoft-based IT infrastructure including Windows Server, Windows 11, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Overseeing deployment, configuration, and support of migrations to Microsoft technologies.
• Performing updates, backups, and troubleshooting to ensure systems run securely and smoothly.
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborating with IT teams on projects and initiatives to integrate Microsoft services into the agency’s IT strategy.
• Monitoring system performance and addressing issues; implementing security policies to meet baselines and directives.
