Job summary
Addison Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a true Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer with a strong Power Platform focus to design, secure, and optimize enterprise M365 solutions. You will architect Power Apps, automate business workflows, and lead complex migrations in a hybrid environment.
The role requires deep expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Entra ID, plus scripting with PowerShell and Graph/API integrations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience, incl. 5+ years in Microsoft 365 engineering/administration.
- Strong Power Platform experience including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience building, deploying, and supporting Power Apps/workflows in production.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise Microsoft 365 services.
- Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
- Escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues; monitor health, performance and risk.
- Develop documentation, procedures, and engineering standards.
- Design, build, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and use Graph/API integrations for automation.
- Lead migrations and collaborate on security, governance, and compliance.
