We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 & Azure Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions across the Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SPFx, React, TypeScript, Microsoft Graph API, Azure PaaS services, and Power Platform, along with hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry.

The role involves building scalable Microsoft 365 integrations, custom Teams applications, SharePoint solutions, automated workflows, and intelligent AI-driven agents while ensuring secure architecture, deployment automation, and application performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Microsoft Teams applications, tabs, bots, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Build enterprise integrations using Microsoft Graph API to connect Microsoft 365 services with external applications and systems.
• Develop and maintain cloud-native solutions using Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure API Management (APIM).
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, YAML, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Develop and configure SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, and custom solutions to support business requirements.
• Build automated business workflows using Power Automate for approvals, document management, notifications, and operational processes.
• Develop Power Apps applications integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Create and maintain custom connectors and extensions for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, enhance, and support enterprise applications across Azure and Power Platform environments.
• Design and develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, AI agents, and intelligent chatbots using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
• Integrate AI-powered capabilities, conversational agents, and Copilot extensibility with Microsoft 365, SharePoint data sources, and Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with Technical Platform Owners and cross-functional teams to define solution architecture, technical designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to Agile product development activities, including coding, testing, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience within the Microsoft technology ecosystem, preferably in Senior Software Engineer or Architect roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Microsoft Graph API.
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Azure PaaS services, including Azure Functions, App Services, and API Management.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud security, application integration, and secure development practices.
• Hands-on experience with YAML-based CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deployment automation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications, agentic solutions, and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent AI development technologies.

Good to Have

• Experience implementing Power Platform ALM and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and contributing across the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently on solution design, development, testing, and technical documentation.
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong communication and knowledge-sharing skills, including participation in technical communities of practice.
• Willingness to follow organizational engineering standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
