Job Description Summary: Draper Laboratory is seeking talented and motivated individuals to tackle challenging engineering problems related to the verification and validation of advanced microelectronics. As a Senior Electronics Test Engineer you will be responsible for planning, developing, documenting, automating, executing, and analyzing complex tests for high performance analog and digital designs. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the microelectronic systems that Draper builds meet the challenging performance requirements demanded of them. In some cases you will focus on custom test solutions and in others on scaling test efficiency for production. You will need to think strategically about the best design for test practices that can be employed and analyze the test results to evaluate system performance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to a variety of projects in different application areas.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
Requires 5-7 years in Systems Engineering or relevant role.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,300.00 - $220,000.00

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
