Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Assembler Level 3 to join our on-site production team. You will assemble complex components and systems with precision, following detailed work instructions and blueprints to help meet production schedules and quality targets.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized work environment and collaborating with teammates to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex manufacturing assembly roles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complex products and components according to detailed work instructions and blueprints.
• Inspect assemblies for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize assembly processes and improve productivity.
• Report any issues or deviations in assembly processes promptly to management.
