Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in microelectronics assembly, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Certification in IPC J-STD-001 and/or MIL-STD-883 procedures required.
• Experience working in Class 1000 or Class 10,000 cleanroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble RF microelectronic modules using solder mount technology.
• Maintain strict adherence to ESD controls and cleanroom protocols.
• Rework components and inspect final assemblies for compliance.
