Job summary

Cchelsea Search Group is seeking a Senior Microelectronics Applications Engineer for a remote role in the United States. You will bridge IC design teams, customers, and business development by delivering clear technical content and supporting engagements.

You will document specifications, develop datasheets, and guide design integration, while performing silicon analysis and test planning across process, voltage, and temperature ranges. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (MS preferred).
• 5+ years in IC applications or related engineering roles.
• Proven ability to develop datasheets and application documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, datasheets, and reference designs for ASIC and standard products.
• Provide design reviews, technical support, and customer training.
• Analyze silicon data, define test plans, and validate performance across conditions.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales to position products effectively.
