General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Tier 3 Metrology Senior Technician to support mission-critical government projects. The role focuses on developing metrology policies, maintaining calibration schedules, and ensuring adherence to ANSI/NCSL and ISO standards.

Strong vendor management and budgeting may be involved. The position requires a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 5 years of Tier 3 metrology experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in metrology/calibration or related field.
• 5+ years of Tier 3 metrology experience.
• Knowledge of ANSI/NCSL Z540, ANS/ISO/IEC 17025 and calibration best practices.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains metrology policies and procedures.
• Manages metrology schedule and calibration requirements; may handle budget.
• Oversees metrology processes to meet customer mission objectives efficiently.
• Provides guidance and solutions ensuring metrology aligns with customer requirements.
