Qualificações

• CMM programming experience with Mitutoyo COSMOS
• Experience using multiple measuring instruments including optical comparators and vision systems
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience preferred
• Strong ability to identify issues and patterns from data
• Knowledge of procedures and administration, with initiative to handle non-routine situations

Responsabilidades

• Perform metrology testing, evaluation, analysis and reporting to support part development and validation
• Develop measurement methods and SOPs to ensure robust design specifications
• Collaborate with product development, supplier and manufacturing engineering teams
• Reduce reliance on external vendors for metrology setup and execution
• Write SOPs and work instructions as required
