The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a senior guideline methodologist and an accomplished leader to serve as Methods Director, Clinical Practice Guidelines, within the Knowledge Mobilization and Clinical Practice Guidelines program.

You will set methodological standards and produce rigorous systematic reviews, guideline recommendations, clinical tools and other materials that support quality care in Alzheimer’s and other dementias, nationally and internationally.

Qualificações

• Seven years of professional experience with systematic reviews and evidence-based guidelines.
• Five years of experience leading guideline panel meetings or decisions.
• Proven track record directing teams including volunteers or contractors.
• Minimum of 3–5 publications using the GRADE approach.
• Master’s degree in public health or health sciences is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the systematic review and guideline methodological process, including COIs, screening, data extraction, and GRADE assessments.
• Lead training of guideline panels in PICO format and GRADE methodology.
• Lead panel meetings to reach well-documented decisions on schedule.
• Co-lead development and review of manuscripts with supervisor and writers.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to disseminate and promote uptake of guideline products.
• Stay current on methodologies and knowledge mobilization to keep guidelines up to date.
