Form Energy is looking for a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer in Somerville, MA to facilitate the transfer of sheet metal components, managing efforts from concept through production.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal parts.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-volume sheet metal forming/coating processes.
• Strong understanding of tolerancing and GD&T principles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize designs for cost and manufacturability.
• Lead DFM and APQP reviews with suppliers prior to design freeze.
• Own the execution of the Quality Maturation Level roadmap from prototype builds to production.
