FactSet is seeking a Senior Content Manager, Metals & Mining, to own content collection initiatives and lead a team delivering mining datasets to investors and analysts.

You will apply expertise in granular databases, data models, and AI-driven content curation to influence product strategy, collaborate with product and thought leadership, and engage high-value clients while delivering high-quality content on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years in content collection operations, strategy and management.
• Strong background in content curation, collection and development.
• Experience with granular databases and data model architecture.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and qualitative reasoning.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, planning and PM skills with on-time delivery.
• Ability to translate Metals & Mining strategies into content priorities for teams.
• Experience interacting with users to gain insights and translate into value.
• Experience delivering across multiple teams and products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Metals & Mining data collection, research and analytics, influencing product strategy.
• Collaborate with product and thought leadership to build cross-sector content.
• Engage with high-value clients to gather feedback shaping direction.
• Conduct research and build quantitative models to demonstrate value.
• Lead development and delivery of content sets and products.
• Ensure QA/QC and TACCU measures are in place.
• Stay current on industry trends and serve as internal expert on mining datasets.
