Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Senior Content Manager, Metals & Mining, to own content collection initiatives. You will lead a team delivering mining datasets to sophisticated investors and analysts, reporting to the Head of Metals & Mining.

You will shape the data strategy, QA processes, and cadence while coordinating with product and thought leadership to expand content offerings for niche and broad usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in content collection operations, strategy, and management.
• Strong background in content curation, collection, and development.
• Experience with granular databases and data model architecture.
• Strong quantitative aptitude and qualitative reasoning.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external professionals to coordinate Metals & Mining data collection, research, and analytics, directly influencing product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with product and thought leadership teams to build cross-sector content for specialist and generalist workflows.
• Engage with high-value clients, acting as a knowledgeable resource on FactSet's Metals & Mining content and gathering feedback.
• Conduct research and analysis and build quantitative models demonstrating value of content.
• Lead development and delivery of content sets and products.
• Ensure QA/QC and TACCU measures are in place.
• Stay current on industry trends and serve as internal mining datasets expert.
